Could you please help us with more details? Just to be sure about which new Trados Studio you are talking about, could you please share with us a build number of the version you installed?

Ok after some attempts... MT is resumed, but NOT as Language Weaver, rather as the simple "Cloud-based resources" tab in "Use" in Settibngs.
So my initial question remains: what happened to Language Weaver?

"Language Weaver" has been renamed quite a while ago.
But you can still access it under "Cloud-based Resources".
Ah ok, so it's the same? I swear I had the Language Weaver line at the bottom of the Use tab until about one week ago...

I have selected the Language Weaver option until a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine. I usually pretranslate each file and then correct to finalize, and this is no longer possible as the Language Weaver line is no longer there.
There is a Language Weaver app in the app store and a Language Weaver website. So how was it "renamed"?

The option in the menu was renamed but the engine is still Language Weaver. Have a look at the screenshot I included above and you will see that it shows the 'Language Weaver' logo at the top right!
Yes, I see the logo in the top right. But until a couple of weeks ago I had a Language Weaver tab in the "Use" drop menu, last line, which perfectly worked doing pretranslation. I swear!! I am quite lost...

So and so... often I have to open and close Trados 2 or 3 times before pretranslation is filled, a strange message appears saying that the TM could not be opened (but it is there, active and healthy...) Now I also have an "Sdl.Community.ApplyStudioProjectTemplate.plugin.xml" file that I downloaded trying to solve some problems that appeare every time I launch Trados, asking me whether I want to upload it or not because its origin is not safe (but I downloaded from the usual regular RWS Trados website) and there is no change if I select Yes or No, the next time I open Trados there it is again!
