I recently installed trial version of Studio 2021 in order to check compatibility with Windows 10 and Office 2010. When the trial version had expired, I uninstalled the program and wanted to go back to Studio 2019. As it would not open my Xliff-files, I tried to repair. Then uninstalled and reinstalled (with reboots in between), but to no avail. What can I do?

Are you using Trados 2019 in trial mode at the moment? Please note that when uninstalling you need to also deactivate your license to be able to re-activate it afterwards. We have submitted case no. 00684646 for your assistance. Please check your inbox for updates on its status.
