Your video is in an unsupported format. However, it's worth starting with a reset if yo don't have any more details to go on. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
Finally restart Trados Studio and try again.
If that doesn't help then remove all your plugins and try again. Delete all plugins or unpacked plugins in these locations:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\
Then reinstall the ones you need after manually downloading and installing from the appstore website. I'd recommend you don't use the integrated appstore at the moment.
