Hello
I have updated to 2022 version this morning and now Trados refuses to open PDFs as before, there is an error message "Conversion failed" with no more explanation.
I tried to modify various parameters/options but with no result.
Please help!

Go to 'File - Options - Filetypes" and check that you don't have a warning on top telling you that there are new uninstalled filetypes. If this is the case, install the missing or updated filetypes.
thanks Walter; no there is no warning nowhere. I have tried with NITRO and ADOBE too. No change.
But I have discovered I still can work on the previous version which has no problem with the PDFs... 
of course I would like to know what the problem is but I am relieved that I can go on working on PDFs as usual
It works in Studio 2022 for me!
