I have tried to reactivate my studio licence, but is not working and I have to deliver a job today. I couldn't deactivate Studio before my computer crashed and I don't know what else I can do.

I also need help to deactivate my license offline. I am not able to access Trados on my desktop - error - Service 'SDL . Desktop.Platform.Services.....' could not be started"! It seems that I have to obtain a Deactivation Certificate to deactivate in the Trados I am not able to access! ...Could you help me too?
