I need to deactivate my license offline because Trados on my desktop didn´t inicialize presenting this error message: Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started. I have an urgent job and I was unable to obtain the Deactivation Certificate to proceed the deactivation. Where can }I obtain this Certificate? On the Trados that I can't inicialize or elsewhere?
