I am experiencing a crah of trados Studio each time that I want to confirm a new segment (I have installed TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305 and MultiTermDesktop2021SR2_16.2.1.1044).
I have desinstalled and reinstalled them but the problem is the same.
It helps to provide the error message you actually get and then we might be able to be more helpful in the response, but in the meantime is it related to this problem?

I did not got any error message but Trados shutted down. I have bought Studio 2022 and it works now.
