i have an user wich has install Studio 2022 and using our GS server 2020 to work, when she connect to our GS web platform (https://) she have all the right needed , all the memories are there termbase etc , but when she use Trados Studio 2022 with project setting - use server base memories, she have a list of memories container but nothing inside of them .
is there a way to fix that ?

The problem appear to be linked with her Groupshare account , because with another one with the exact same rights , it s work ! the memories are visibles, any ideas ?

The issue might be related to the language directions used in that specific project. If there are no TMs sharing the same language directions as the project, then they will not be displayed.
If the user has elevated permissions to see all or some TM's on the server, then a way to quickly check access to those TM can be done by opening the TM's list via the Translation Memories tab on the lower left corner of Studio.
Opening TM's from there is unrelated to a project setting and should show all available TM's.
If the user still sees no TM's in that list, then please ask them to raise a case with support for further investigation.
