I am still dealing with this issues and I am really freaking out. I can't believe I can't reach out to anyone who can support me...this is a too big bug...

Have you tried to reset the windows layout in the Editor view via View > Reset window layout? I had that message once, too, and it helped.

It seems as if you have installed the WorldServer Components add-on.
I suggest you uninstall this one to see if that solves the problem.
If you do need this functionality, reinstall the correct add-on one from the integrated AppStore.
