I wanted to use my SDL Trados Studio 2021, but it doesn't work... I reinstall the programm, but I still receive this message: "Impossible de démarrer le service "SDL.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService."".
Could you please help me? I don't what to do and need it asap.

Hello again, my IT boyfriend solved it with this website: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028332 For now, Trados is working!
