What do you see when you run a verification on the file?  When the file is open in the Studio Editor press F8.  Do you have any tag errors where you didn't place all the tags needed to successfully recreate the file?

Thank you for your prompt response. There are too many tags in the original English file, which could be the causes of 57 errors. Thus, I'm trying to create a new project with the original English file. Could you please let me know a way to remove all the tags from the original English when I have uploaded it to create a new project? I'd appreciate it. For your reference, my sdl trados version is 2019.

I have found that SDL Trados has a permanent problem in translating English sentences into Korean ones, due to the different sentence patterns. For example, you can see the quite different sentence patterns of English and Korean below:

Englsih sentence: “The head of Customer Loyalty at Insight Toy Company would like to understand which factors may affect customer satisfaction.” 

Order of Korean translation is like this: “Insight Toy Company at Customer Loyalty (division) of the head customer satisfaction to affect may factors understand would like to.” 

What a program!
