I can't download MT enhanced plugin for trados studio.

Question

I just upgraded to Trados 2022 and I'm trying to add Google translation. 
 So I went into the Appstore and clicked on the "download", I got an error message that says I failed to download the MT plug in, that I should check if I'm logged into Language cloud. But I'm already logged in... I tried to download it on website and this is what I got :

 can anybody help me please ?

 There has been a service outage over the weekend and out IT teams are still working to resolve the problem. The outage affects all operations relating to accessing your account, or being able to sign in and download apps. 
 The latest update is that the teams believe they have identified the issue and are now currently working on a fix. Further communications will be issued regarding timelines for resolution.
