I shut off the PC by accident. Till then, TRADOS memory had been working without any problem.
Now, TRADOS 2007 memory does not open with the following message.
= Microsoft Word=
Macro is ineffective because Macro is not found or security level for macro is set at high level.
I set the security level "all macro is allowed", but no avail.
I rebooted PC and tried restoration of PC, but no avail.
Please, help me. I am just layman about computer .

Not too many people recall 2007 TM's but lucky for you I have been around long enough 
While we dont support 2007 let me at least recall some of my troubleshooting skills.
Can you send me a PM with a link to your TM?
Please know I would need all parts of your TM as it consists of 4+ files.

Thanks a lot for your sincere answer. I found Windows Update again put me into trouble. I could solve the problem by "restoring the system".

Yuji Hashikawa - what ever you do... once you get things up and running again please ensure you export your TM into a TMX for backup
