We have an app called WordLight and while it does support target highlights, its not integrated with the advanced display filter.
I think this is a great idea and will see what we can do to extend and improve the UX when performing a such searchs

but, I have a filter which has Highlight functionality within it, like this..

ah, someone likes Yellow/Green than Violet/Cyan.

None.  As far as I can see it's not even on our radar at the moment.  I'd recommend you add this to the ideas site if you want to see anything done so it's seen by the product management team, and users can vote for it to try and make a more compelling argument to add it to the product in some way.

This is an app that Kelly developed for his/her own use.  He just likes to show people what's possible when you know how to develop.

I concur. This feature is an absolute must-have, especially in PMTE – something memoQ guys learned a few years ago.
