Studio 2019 - matches from TM in the target sometimes not shown in TM, even high ones like 77 % match etc.

Hi, 
 
 I have a huge postediting project and repeatedly see that matches which were inserted in the target in the MT process from the agency before, are not shown in the TM, and others with similar match are shown. When I now mark that segment, even then it is not shown, so how is this possible that a segment is not in the TM when it was inserted before into the target, normally this has to be in the TM. Or what else could be the cause that this is not shown? From the settings I cannot modify anything because that was locked by the agency when preparing the package.

Update: Fortunately the problem was resolved. By change I saw that there was an X in the beginning of the path of the TM within the package, and I have only C and D as partitions on my harddisk, so the TM was not even contained in the package.The entries which I saw were in my parallel Tm only which I let run always with any orders from the agency, they contained part of the matches from a previous older patent application from the same customer.
