I have bought an upgrade to Studio 2022 2 weeks ago and I deeply regret it.
I lost a client whose GroupShare server (2015, I guess) is not compatible with 2022. Is there a way I can deactivate my license and go back to Studio 2019 or 2021 SR1?

Moving to 2021 won't help you as only 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019 are supported with GroupShare 2015:

Perhaps your client can create a project package instead and include a Project TM? That might save some hassle? What did you upgrade from?

Hi!
Their IT department said these versions work with GroupShare 2015:
I upgraded from Studio 2019. I can't ask my client to change the way they work, it's a big translation agency, and they don't have project managers, they have a portal where translators pick the projects they want. Everything is automated. I guess I'll work with other clients until they upgrade.
More than 12 years working with Studio and I still haven't learned my lesson about not upgrading to the newest version the year it comes out!
