Why word candidates do not appear when I advance to the next segment after confirmed the current segment?

Hi, I use Trados Studio 2021 and usually have a trouble after moving the current segment to the next segment.

When I advance to the next segment after confirmed the current segment, word candidates do not appear in the next segment.

For example, after confirmed a segment No. 10, I advance to the next segment No. 11.

However, word candidates do not appear at all in the segment No. 11, and the phrases on the source side do not have indications such as red lines.

In this case, I must further advance to the segment No. 12 once and then return back to the segment No. 11 that is still not completed.

Only after this step is performed, the phrases on the source side are indicated by red lines, and word candidates appear in the segment No. 11.

Each time I advance to the next segment, I have to do this step.

Please give me your advice above this problem.

I assume you mean term recognition when you say

What type of termbase are you using? File based, GroupShare or Cloud Terminology?

If file based, where is it located? Local on window or do you have a 3rd party tool like dropbox/onedrive?
Furthermore, is your MultiTerm application on the same version as Trados Studio?

This is applicable for all term platforms, but you can try reorganise your tembase

My file for the multiterm termbase has an extension ".sdltb", but I'm not sure the version of the file.

I usually make the file by using application "glossary converter", which version is 6.0.7588.22667.

This file is stored locally in my desktop computer.

When I advances to the next segment, term recognition does not appropriately work, but searching for phrases automatically starts.

Phrases that are in the next segment are searched in translation memory, and similar phrases in sentences are suggested by highlighting them in another window pane.  On the other hand, the words in termbase do not appear.

Do I need reorganize my termbase ?
