I was using Freelance Plus 2021 in two computers.

One desktop, and the other labtop.

However, desktop is almost dead. So I want to move the license to my new computer.

So, I reset my one license and tried to activate it on the new computer.

It did not work.

So, I reset the other license and tried to activate it on the new computer.

It did not work.

So, I deactivated the activation code in both my computers.

The activation code were returned, so I entered the activation codes to the new computer and the old labtop.

However, they were not activated but my account says two programs are using my activation code.

I don't know where to start from.

Please help.
