A few things come to mind. It is not clear what you are referring to when you say "

I understand that you have access to the client application of Trados Studio.

Your issue comes in when wanting to integrate GroupShare, so with this in mind:

1. Are you using Trados Studio SR2?
2. Can you take the GroupShare URL and connect to GroupShare via the web, as this will validate your authentication details
   
   

        3. Can you also then check the GroupShare version, as there is no compatibility between Trados Studio SR2 and GroupShare 2015, see here:
