Hello,
I tried to deactivate my copy of SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR-1 Freelance Plus, and got an error message below when I clicked the "Confirm Offline Deactivation" button after pasting a Deactivation Certificate strings. My Internet connections works fine. I would appreciate your help.
"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
