Hi, I've just purchased my first Trados licence (2022) and I've imported (and merged into one new) three TMs from Wordfast (as TMXes). I've opened the TM and run a pre-translation, but no matches are showing. I know for a fact that there should be matches, because I opened the same file and ran the same TMs in Wordfast, and it shows matches. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

Please, can you show me a print screen of your project settings>Translation memories and automated translation, where the TM should be added?
Also, I would need to see what the Translation results window is showing in Editor view?
Did you use other TMs, apart from this specific one?
Based on your answers and printscreens, I can check further and troubleshoot
