How do I add OpenExchange apps to the Studio 2014 UI?

Question

Hello, 
 a few months ago, I installed some OpenExchange apps and they became accessible through Studio 2014 (please see screenshot). 
 Today, I installed another two apps, but they are not accessible through Studio 2014, just through links on the desktop. 
 What determines where these apps are visible? Can this be changed?

You're right!! I'm not sure why, but you can still get them there by simply creating a shortcut to the executible and placing it in here: 
 
c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SDL\SDL Trados Studio 2014\OpenExchange Apps\

Hi Stefan, 
 If the developer included in the installer that a shortcut was created in the right place then it happens on install. If they didn't then the easiest way is to use this app:

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
