Hello,
I have just upgraded my trados to 2021 version and after running the update and installing the add-ons, trados won't start.
It looks like the program is launching for a second (flashes a window), then it disappears.
Searching for answers I found I should rename the trados folder (reset trados to default settings) but I can't do that as I get a message that this folder is in use and that I cannot rename it.

What I have done so far:

1. Restarted my pc and no antivirus running
2. One Drive is switched off
3. Disinstalling and reinstalling the program by downloading the files (again) from my RSW account.

Also, if it can be of any use I installed the program on my laptop as well. It seemed that it was running smoothly until I upraded to service pack 2 and installed some add-ons.

Now, i cannot install (for a fact, I cannot run the program as technically I can reinstal it but it won't launch) on either of my devices.
