For the situation you describe, it may be likely that the errors occur following your update to SR2, especially since you did not perform this action via the "Check for Updates" option in Help tab of your Studio instance.

For your Studio 2019, the path would be this: 

• Trados Studio 2019:
  • Windows 7/8/10: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0
