Hello! I have bought a new computer a number of days ago and want to transfer the SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance to it, but I cannot deactivate it on the old computer. The system prompt reads "Cannot create lisence" and "SocketError2 - 77". Can you help me? I once transferred the Trados from an old computer, which was disposed of then, to a new computer without first deactivating the Trados with the help of Solution Finder, which seems to be unavailable now, and the solution was resetting the activation code. Another time I deactivated first and activated on another new computer. This time I am not able to transfer. Please help me!
