There isn't a feature for merging projects. The easiest thing if you really need to have them in one project is to add the source files from one into the other as new files, then once they have been prepared just copy the target language sdlxliff files from the project you took the source files from and paste them into the target language folder of your "merged" project. Now when you open the files in your "merged" project they should be exactly as they were in the old project.
A prerequisite for this of course is that the project settings are the same in both projects.
