I reinstalled my PC, including Studio 2021 SR2, and installed a plugin that I have used before also. Now Studio 2021 will not start: it just flashes the Studio 2021 start window, which immediately disappears. Nothing more happens.
Any ideas for help?

Please try to delete the plugin you installed from the following locations:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\
Most probably the plugin you installed is not compatible with the Studio version you installed.
I recommend to set up the Private Appstore as described in here and download / install the plugin through it: (Missing Wiki Page)

Thank you for the help. I 1) deleted the plugin, 2) updated Studio 2021, 3) was able to install the plugin from where I have saved it on my desktop, and now it works.
