I keep getting the notification 'No matches found or no lookup performed'. I tried to uninstall en reinstall the Language Cloud, but to no avail. Also tried to restart my computer and the entire system, but also no luck, it just stopped working. One minute it was working fine, the next segment it stopped working. Help, please!
Have you checked your MT allowance to see if you've exceeded the available characters?

Yes, checked it, I have the free language cloud plan... it doesn't say that I have exceeded my limit of 500k characters. I don't care if I need to upgrade, I am quite happy to do so, but this is so annoying, without any notice in advance, just shutting it down (if that is what has happened). RWS has received my ticket about this matter, I hope they will contact me with a solution within the next couple of hours...
