Termbase suddenly stops working

Lots of people seem to have encountered this issue but I couldn’t see any fix to this. Maybe someone can help?

I am working on Trados 2021 with Windows 11. Up until now, everything has been fine with my termbases (including this one).

2 days ago, a big termbase (17.000+ terms) simply stopped delivering suggestions Thinking

I can still search for terms and get the correct answer and I can still add new terms to it. It just simply does not work dynamically.

I tried a “repair”-function: no success.

I recreated the termbase under another name and reimported it into the project. It worked perfectly for 1hour and then stopped again.

Do you have any idea what is happening and how I can fix this? Pray

    Here are mine:

    1/ I am not sure how to check that. I don't have a distinct Multiterm software. Searching my computer, the main fonctionnalities seem to be build-in with Trados Studio. Las update-check was yesterday.

    2/ The termbase is a file saved on my own computer. I have created it myself on that same computer.

    Another input that might be important:

    1/ up until now, it has always worked perfectly.

    2/ when I launch a project with this termbase, it works fine... and then suddenly stops delivering suggestions along the work.

    3/ there is no error message, no sign whatsoever that anything is amiss. It remains open and I can still search for terms in the termbase (they are displayed corrected when searched for). But the termbase recognition doesn't work anymore.

    I thought maybe the base is simply too big? (+17.000 terms).

    Have you ever experienced something like that?
