How do I populate a concordance result into my target segment

Question

This is a Review task. At some point, I don't know why, my tracked changes were stored away (I can still see the reviewed segments when I use "Concordance Search" but they are not loading in the Target side). Trados only shows the segment saved in the translation step (not the reviewed segment &ndash; neither clean nor with tracked changes). 
 If I can just make the most recent version appear on the target side I believe it'll be enough, no desperate need for tracked changes to appear because we can compare the documents but how can I populate the newest translation in the target side? Believe me, I have tried every single option available in the dashboard. 
 This is Studio 2017.

 After concordance search place the cursor where the text should go. Then go to the concordance search window, select the desired text and right click (or directly press CTRL+ALT+F3). You can also adaot the shortcut to your needs.
