Translating xliff files from Wordpress

Question

Hi! 
 We have to translate a few xliff files we have downloaded from Wordpress. However, the instructions I found online seem to be referred to an older Studio version since I can't see many options. 
 
 Does anyone have any idea of how to proceed?

 Well... Trados Studio handles XLIFF out of the box so your question is probably lacking the detail you need help with. Questions: 
 
 what version of Studio are you using? 
 what exactly is the problem? Wordpress XLIFF does tend to be pretty messy, but there are solutions if your issue is everything is in one big segment, or it's full of markup main it difficult to handle 
 
 Please explain your problem a little and then you should get a sensible response.

 In that screenshot it doesn't look as though there is any translatable content at all. So if they are all like that you could simply filter on them, copy source to target, change status to translated (for completeness) and lock them. 
 If you have CDATA sections that do contain translatable content then you could use the Multilingual XML filetype: Multilingual XML FileType
