I received an sdlppx package, opened it and displayed the two columns with Studio 2022, unfortunately the right column does not accept changes. The segments are not locked (in the middle there is no padlock, but the pencil). I don't understand what I have to do to edit the segments.

Please note that the right column is the source column that by default is locked for editing. Normally you should modify the target segments where you make the translation. If you need to edit the source segment, you need to select the option "Allow source editing" in Project Settings --> Project section.

I opened the package with "Open Package" and Image1 appeared, then I clicked on the file name and Image2 appeared with the right column uneditable.

The reason this particular view is un-editable is because it's read only. Note the words "sola lettura" which should mean "read only" in the preview:
If you want to actually work on the project you need to click on "Fine" then "Chiudi" once the process completes. That will create a project in Studio for you to work on. Open the project and you'll find the files ready for you to work on inside.
