I have a general question: I work with Trados Studio 2019 and I have two quite large TMs where I want to replace different TM results for one segment with the one and only correct one (that may already be among the results or otherwise the closest match needs small adjustments). My questions is how to do this the easiest way since I want to do this for quite a few segments. Thanks in advance!

The simplest way using Studio is to open your TM in the Translation Memories view and search for the source text. This will display all the TUs that match. You can then replace the target text and mark the TU for modification. Once you have modified all the TUs, apply all changes.
Alternatively, you can export your TM to TMX and edit the TMX with an advanced text editor, using the Search + Replace function. Once done, recreate the TM and import the edited TMX.
If your TM is very large (> 1'000'000 TUs) and/or you have a large number of TUs with the text you want to replace, you should consider doing this with a third-party tool such as Olifant.
