Hello,

I'm working in a team of five translators using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 and GS 2020 SR1 CU04.

We've repeatedly had issues with translations disappearing: after the translator has completed the translation and checks it in, the revisor checks it out, but gets an older version of the translated file (not completely translated or just older versions of the translated segments). The same happens between revision and finalisation steps. Very annoying!

At times we can find the most recent version through "get specific file version", but sometimes, the version we need seems to have disappeared into thin air. This means we lose work and time.

Can this be caused by wrong settings or manipulations on our part? Or is it a bug?

We'd be very grateful for any light you can shine on this!
