Please use a decent OCR software like Abbyy FineReader to convert the PDF to Word manually before opening it in Studio. This is the ONLY way to make sure the conversion results will be certainly good. Using any automated conversion relies on automatic recognition of areas such as tables, page header and footer or text in two columns. You have NO control about this and have to live with the result afterwards.

You can also try to save the target file from your PDF conversion (or use File -> Advanced save to save source) as Word, because all PDF files are converted to Word in Studio. Then you can try to revamp this Word file. I wish you a lot of fun doing that.

This said: what is wrong with your conversion? What you show is a page header or footer, converted per page. As it looks, this segment will appear 73 times in your translation, as there have been 73 pages in the PDF.
