Package will not open

Hi dear community 
 I come back to you because I have always received great advice here and hope you can help me further with my current issue. 
 I work on Studio 2021 Freelance. 
 
 I have received a .sdlproj, which I translated. 
 Unfortunately, I couldn't create a return package because I had no .sdlppx-file. 
 So I sent back the Xliff-file (to reimport into the original package) 
 but the PM wants to have a full return package, so she sent me the sdlppx-file afterwards. 
 
 My problem: when I try to open this package, I receive an error message saying that I cannot open the package because I create it myself.

 Do you have an idea how I could solve that and send back the return package?

 Your customer PM does not seem to be very familiar with the way Studio packages work. What you did was correct: send back the SDLXLIFF file. In fact, if you had sent back a return package, the PM would not have had much more because the return package does not contain anything else than the target SDLXLIFF. Tell the PM to simply copy the translated SDLXLIFF into the project folder on his side and she will be OK. The error message you show is strange because it only comes up when you try to open a SDLPPX that you have created yourself, but you tell me that this package was created by the PM, not by you, so it is probably the wrong package. 
 What you could do - but it's cumbersome and unnecessary in this situation - is to open the SDLPPX from your customer (assuming it is the right one), unzip it into a new project folder of your choice, then copy your translated SDLXLIFF file into that project folder and then create a return package for that project. FYI: SDLPX and SDLRPX files are common ZIP containers. This means that if you make a copy of such a file and change its file extension to ZIP, you can easily see what is inside the package. Walter
