I installed MT Enhanced Plugin for Google.
I opened an sdlxliff file.
When I add MT Enhanced, Trados 2022 says;
An entry with the same key already exists
What can I do?

I suggest you close Studio. Delete these folders, restart Trados Studio and then reinstall your apps using the (Missing Wiki Page) :
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

I use 2021 and 2022 versions at the same time. Because I live problems with 2022. When I live no problem with 2022, I will uninstall 2021.
With my user name, no Trados folder. All Users > Chainer/Multiterm/Trados Studio/ 17 plugins unpacked are empty.
Studio 17 Düata Sludio.lic and updates 3 files.
Program Files x86 There are 1294 plugins.
When I open Trados 2022. It asked me activation code.
I don't understand your response. What is your question here? Have you done what I suggested or this is a new problem?
