Not only can I not add words, but my documentos does not even show me the terms in my term base!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Need help with this urgently, this makes it impossible to use this program. Id rather stay with trados 2021. I dont want this crazy version. I did not need to come here to ask how to add questions before. now I have to???????
You seem to have closed your term recognition pane as you only have the termbase search there. Try going to View -> Reset Wondow Layout and this will put it back.

Your screenshot shows that the term recognition window is closed. The window you see on the top right is the 'Terminology Search' window.
Please reset your window layout as suggested by Paul.
In addition, the window displays a warning saying that you do not have any termbases assigned to your project, which obviously means that you will not get any suggestions:
