If you sent her the doc in bilingual review format for review, simply ask her to send you back the reviewed file and import it into your project using the batch task 'Update from bilingual review'. This will update your SDLXLIFF document and you can then generate the target Word document and send it to her. 

Important detail: tell her not to change the name of the review file, she should simply save the reviewed file with the same name and send it back to you.

You can use the batch task "create target language version" (in german: zielsprachliche Version erstellen) to create the english word document.
