Just use "Save target as" in File menu.

Thanks Jerzy,
A simple/silly question solved the MYSTERY. I have used Trados for a few months and I'm always wondering why there's no word conversion on the tool bar and my clients always ask for sdl xfill file.
The source file is being converted to sdlxliff, a bilingual file to work in Studio. After the translation is done, you use a batch task (Finalize) to create the target file and to update your TM. Alternatively you can also use File -> Save target as, but this won't update your TM.

Great suggestions, solving problems. Thanks.
Trados should be an asset, and it is.
