Hi everyone

I have to translate a small project, but quite quickly and I hope someone out there will be able to help with my current issue.

I work with Trados Studio Freelance 2021.

I have received a package with 1 PPTX-file (+ 1 translation memory).

• The package opened successfully in Studio.
• Then I "open for translation"
• The window simply disappears. There is no message, no warning, no sound, no nothing
• When I open Studio again, the project is still there and behaves the same when I try to start translating.

So I tried creating a new package, hoping this would be some kind of issue with the version. But same issue with the new package.

Do you have any idea what could be the matter?
