Set property 'System.Windows.ResourceDictionary.Source' threw an exception.

Question

I can't access the Cloud-based resources from Settings > Translation Memories and Automated Translation. Or better: I log in, but I get the error "Set property 'System.Windows.ResourceDictionary.Source' threw an exception." I have Studio 2019 SR2, I tried already to follow the advice of removing the plugins from the folders ...\16\Plugins\Unpacked and/or ... \16\Plugins\Packages\Unpacked: problem is that either they are already empty (hidden files are displayed) or there are different files (in \Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages I have LanguageWeaver.sdlplugin) 
 What else can I try?
