We are facing a problem with hyperlinks in Indesign.

Around January, the publishing agency from one of our clients sent us some new Indesign 2022 documents, together with the idml exports in order to be able to open these with our Indesign version (16.2.1 at that time).

After opening the files in 16.2.1 and preparing the files for translation, we saved these documents in 16.2.1 and exported the files back into idml.

It seems that, for some reason, both our available Studio versions (16.1.6.4276 and 16.2.12.9338) are converting the idml file exported from 16.2.1 in an incorrect way. 

What happens is the following ; a great number of hyperlinks are being replaced with one particular hyperlink, that is located in the file. As a result, a lot of hyperlinks  

We tried saving the idml in 16.2.1 and exporting the file back into idml without preparation, with the same result. So we're sure this doesn't happen during the steps we take to prepare the file.

In the example below, I'l try to show you what happens. The anchored objects are QR codes in the document. Each QR code is coming with a hyperlink, so you would expect 3 hyperlinks to show up in the document, but that's not the case:

The same happens for almost every hyperlink on these product pages. 

Can someone help ? In the mean time we have Indesign 17.4 installed, problem solved for new files.
But we need to fix the files from that particular project.
Curious about how this happened (bug at that time??) and if there's an automated fix for this in indesign 16.2.1?
