Auto-propagation not working with segments containing tags

Question

I have Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338. I have to translate a document containing many repetitions but the auto-propagation would not work with segments containing tags. It works perfectly with segments with NO tags. 
 Also, I can see that my TM is being updated but Trados also wouldn't let me insert the 100% from the TM window. I opened the project on another computer with Trados and it all works fine, with ou without tags. 
 Would anyone know if there is a setting I should change in my configuration ? Thanks.

 can you please post a print screen with the file in Editor where the above is explicit? 
 Also, what are your Auto-propagation settings? This can be checked in File tab - top left corner >Options>Editor>Auto-propagation. 
 
 I'm asking because clearly it must be some local settings put in place since you confirmed that it works fine in other machine, and my testing scenarios are also proving a positive result coming from default settings. However, you did not mention if you added the same TM in the other machine. 
 And one more clarifying question, if I may? What happens if you remove/disable the TM? Do you have the same results?

Hi Laurence Leiby Thank you for your screen print. Looking at segments 1-3-and 6 I dont see the problem. It looks to me like NMT was applied at segment 1 and upon confirming its applied correctly to 3 and 6. 5 did not get auto propagated due to the difference of " If you hover over the segments that concern you what does it say? 
 Please re clarify why you say its not working
