Trados Studio 2022 build 11695 closes immediately after views getting initialized during splash screen

One of our users has this weird issue that Studio 2022 closes immediately after the opening splash sceen shows "Views initializing"

Then you can see that the process of studio gets closed in task manager. No error message. It simply closes Studio before the main ui gets displayed. I tried to use SDL Fresh App but it does not support 2022 so far so i manually tried to fix it by renaming the usual files/folders as *.bak but studio still does not open the program. Anybody an idea what i can do? I do not want to reinstall windows just because of this issue with Studio. Meanwhile latest Studio 2021 installed fine and works as intended.

    Thanks for your respond. Unfortunately the issue reoccurred in the last days. We tried now again to delete the folders you that mentioned in the article https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669 but the behaviour does not change. The loading splash screen comes up. But then suddenly disappears. The studio.exe process gets simply closed without an error message. You can see this in task manager.

    Studio 2021 and the latest 2022 are now both affected. Studio 2014, 2017 and 2019 work flawlessly.

    Would it be possible that you take a look via remote maybe if we have missed something? It would be good to know what the issue is or at least how we can get studio to work again on this machine.

    Please note that only this one machine is affected.

    I have now even created a new local windows user profile for the user but it’s the same.
