Unsupported version Trados Studio Freelance 2019

I have just reinstalled Trados Studio Freelance 2019 following a disk crash.

I have tried to access my existing files and term bases (MultiTerm) through Microsoft OneDrive. The system responds that it cannot read anything because the files and/term bases are from unsupported versions.

Is there any way to recover my data or do I have to start from scratch?
