It has happened to me a few times. If so, you just need to close without saving and pressing button No here:

Or maybe it's your client fault: he/set set the package to be reviewed, instead of to be translated. To know if this the case, just open another file of the package by double-clicking. If it opens to be reviewed, then it's your PM's fault; if it opens to be translated, it's yours. :-)

No it was a translation not a revision. And I didn't miss-click on this button, I actually clicked this time Open for translation made a change and save it but the same. In review

Did you do it with a new file? If you do it with the same file (already in Review mode), the status won't change.

Ok. I will try next time but it already happened to me twice with the same client! I wonder if it's a hotkey or something I don't know.

There are some shortcuts to open a file for review. You can check in File > Options is there is any shortcut set. By default, there is none:

I just checked and as you said no shorcut. I will have to sort it out next time. Thank you again!

This sometimes happens when you merge/split segments in the editor. 

Try selecting the files in the Files view, then click Batch Tasks > Translation count. This will reset the statistics. Then click the "Confirmation Statistics" tab at the bottom of the Files view to see whether there are any segments left that do not have the "Translated" status. You can find these when opening the files in the editor and then filter on that status.
