If those UI items don't show up it might be because you have already open that package.

In Projects view, please remove the project from Trados Studio and then double click on the package.

Alternatively, if you can start working with the package, do it in Trados Studio without removing it from the Projects view.

Thanks for your quick reply! I have tried again with an old package that I renamed, and you are right, it works. That's a bit strange anyway, since I got a new package this morning, and the behaviour was the one I have described. I had never opened it. In the meantime, I have reset SDL Studio, that might have solved the problem.

I am on holiday next week, but will see  when I am back. I will confirm that the problem is solved (as it looks like).

I don't think renaming the SDLPPX file would work, as internally it would have had the same internal ID as the the original one…

Anyway, glad it's working!
