Dear experts,
I am using SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2-11.2.4409.10 on Windows 8.1 Pro.
I find that when I press the "Ctrl + Enter" key (after completing the translation in a target segment) the Stdio response time is very long - i.e. after pressing the a.m. keys, it takes roughly 30 - 45 seconds before I can start translating the next segment (cursor in the next segment).

All othe functions of Trados e.g. "entering new terminolgy in Termbase" or "saving the file" or "saving the target text", "adding/deleting Termbases" etc are all working fine with reasonable speed.

Also all other appliations including Internet response is working as before. I have cleaned the junk files, run Antivirus program an restarted PC - unfortunately the a.m. response time is still miserably slow.

Could you kindly let me know what could the possible cause of the speed retardation when going to next segment after pressing the "Cntl + Enter" key be?
