I have a problem because I cannot import Trados packages. When I click on the file to download, my PC opens Trados.exe. I don't know why. Yesterday I updated my 2017 version to the 2022 version: since then I can open existing files on my PC but I can't import and save new projects I receive because of this issue.
I have already tried to uninstall and install Trados 2022 again.
Can anyone help me?

Could it be that some setting changed on your computer so that a single click attempts to action the file in some way as opposed to just selecting it? Is there an option to use a checkbox next to the file perhaps rather than clicking on the file tself?
